Human-Centered, Fact-Focused

An Implementation Workshop for Internal Investigators

You do not have to choose between empathy and objectivity. This live virtual implementation workshop helps HR professionals and internal investigators apply practical tools for balancing human-centered fact-finding, impartiality, and investigative rigor in real workplace investigations.

Date

Tuesday, July 21, 2026

Time

12:00 – 4:00 PM Central

Format

Live virtual · Zoom

This workshop builds on the post-SHRM resource hub and gives participants a chance to apply the concepts in a facilitated, scenario-based setting. It is designed for professionals who want more than information. They want practical tools, structured thinking, and implementation support.

Priority access

Priority registration is being offered to attendees of Dr. Booker's SHRM 2026 session and members of their internal teams. This workshop is not currently open to the general public.

Intentionally limited

Enrollment is intentionally limited to preserve discussion, scenario work, and opportunities for participant questions.
